This old stock Jasper, found in the 1960's, is what kicked off the 'Picture Jasper' rush in Oregon! This mine is now considered depleted, so what pieces are out in the world are an extra special find. The crisp reds against the contrasting white/cream backgrounds are what makes it a tried and true favorite of mine! But ya'll know I'm a sucker for Oregon stones.
