Where can I find my tracking Information?
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking #. Unfortunately at this point, I only have as much info about the package as you do via the tracking info provided. Check your spam/promotion folders if you are not receiving my emails.

What happens if my item doesn't arrive?
Once I drop the package off at the post office, I am not liable for any item that does not arrive or has been stolen in the shipping process. If this is something you are worried about, I recommend upgrading your shipping to priority (which includes $100 shipping insurance).

How long will it take to ship my 'Made to Order' Creation?
I try to process these orders as quickly as possible, but fabrication times do differ depending on how many MTO orders come through each given week. Made to Order can take up to 3 weeks to ship out.

How do I find my ring size?

How do I find my cuff size?
Measure the circumference of your wrist and subtract 1/2 inch.
Ex: My wrist is 6 inches and I wear a 5.5 inch cuff
I can size a ring up to ONE size larger (this includes 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 sizes up). I CANNOT size a ring down.
I can size a *SINGLE BAND* cuff DOWN to any size (opposite of rings). I CANNOT resize a double band cuff.

Will you fix jewelry that needs repaired?
I will fix jewelry that has been purchased from me. If you ever come across a flaw in the jewelry you receive from me, please contact me and we will discuss a solution for this! I do NOT, however fix jewelry that someone else has created.
