  • Do you accept returns?
No, I do not accept returns. Please double check your sizes BEFORE ordering. I do not accept returns for incorrect sizes.
  • When will my item ship? 
Items ship within 5 business days of purchasing.
  • Where can I find my tracking Information?
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking #. Unfortunately at this point, I only have as much info about the package as you do via the tracking info provided.
  • What happens if my item doesn't arrive?
Once I drop the package off at the post office, I am not liable for any item that does not arrive or has been stolen in the shipping process. If this is something you are worried about, I recommend upgrading your shipping to priority (which includes $100 shipping insurance).
  • How long will it take to ship my 'Made to Order' Creation?
I try to process these orders as quickly as possible, but fabrication times do differ depending on how many MTO orders come through each given week. Made to Order can take up to 3 weeks to ship out.
  •  How do I find my ring size?
I offer affordable and reusable sizers
Or head over to your local jewelry shop, most stores will size you for free!
  •  Can you resize a ring?
I can size a ring up, up to a size larger. I cannot size a ring down.
  •  Do you work with personal stones and/or jewelry?
No, I do not work with customer stones and/or jewelry.
  •  Will you fix jewelry that needs repaired?
I will fix jewelry that has been purchased from me. If you ever come across a flaw in the jewelry you receive from me, please contact me and we will discuss a solution for this!
I do NOT, however fix jewelry that someone else has created. Jewelry repairs are not my specialty and I do not feel comfortable working with jewelry that someone else has created.
