Do you accept Custom Orders?

I do occasionally accept custom orders. I will make an announcement when I am planning to open this option up. I will then list a limited number of Custom Order Deposit Listings to my site. This is where you will purchase your spot, more information on the next steps are explained in the listing description. 

 

When will my item ship? 

Items ship within 5 business days of purchasing.

 

Where can I find my tracking Information 

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking #.

 

Do you accept returns?

No, I do not accept returns. 

 Please double check your ring size BEFORE ordering. I do not accept returns for rings that were not ordered in the correct size. 

 

How do I find my ring size?

I offer inexpensive and reusable sizers on my site, under the tab Ring Sizer. Or head over to your local jewelry shop, most stores will size you for free!

 

Will you fix jewelry that needs repaired?

 

I will 100% fix jewelry that has been purchased from me. If you ever come across a flaw in the jewelry you receive from me, please contact me and we will discuss a solution for this! I do NOT however fix jewelry that someone else has created. Jewelry repairs are not my specialty and I do not feel comfortable working with jewelry that someone else has created.
