FAQ's

  • Do you offer custom work?

I am currently accepting custom work! Once a month I list pre-selected stones available to be made into a custom piece of jewelry.

The stones are listed as Custom Order Deposits. Please browse through my previous collections to get an idea of my pricing.

*If a stone is rare/has a higher value, it is listed with a higher deposit amount and a starting price point stated in the description

**I do not work with personal stones

  • Do you accept returns?

No, I do not accept returns. 

Please double check your sizes before ordering. I do not accept returns for incorrect sizes.

  • When will my item ship? 

Ready to ship items typically ship within 3 business days of purchase.

  • Where can I find my tracking information?

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking #.

Unfortunately at this point, I only have as much info about the package as you do via the tracking info provided. Check your spam/promotion folders if you are not receiving my emails.

  • What happens if my item doesn't arrive?

Once I drop the package off at the post office, I am not liable for any item that does not arrive or has been stolen in the shipping process.

USPS packages come with $100 of shipping insurance.

 If you would like to add additional insurance to cover the entire cost of the package please email me after purchase.

  • How long will it take to ship my 'Made to Order' Creation?

Made to Order can take up to 3 weeks to ship out.

I try to process these orders as quickly as possible, but fabrication times do differ depending on how many MTO orders come through each given week. 

  •  How do I find my ring size?

  • How do I find my cuff size?

Measure the circumference of your wrist and subtract 1/2 inch.

Ex: My wrist is 6 inches and I wear a 5.5 inch cuff

  •  Can you resize a ring?

I can size most rings up to one size larger (this includes 1/4, 1/2, 3/4 sizes up). I CANNOT size a ring down.

*If a ring cannot be resized or can only be slightly resized, it will be listed in the rings description

  • Can You resize a cuff?

I can size a single band cuff down to any length and multi band cuff down to 5 inches.

  • Will you fix jewelry that needs repaired?

I will fix jewelry that has been purchased from me. If you ever come across a flaw in the jewelry you receive from me, please contact me and we will discuss a solution for this! I do NOT, however fix jewelry that someone else has created.

  • Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, I offer international shipping!

Shipping prices do not include customs taxes, you are liable for any extra charges once the package enters the destination country.
