Do you accept Custom Orders?

My Custom Orders are Sold Out for 2020.

I will offer Custom Orders a few times throughout 2021. An email will be sent out, along with a social media post when this time comes!

 

Do you work with personal stones and/or jewelry?

No,I do not work with customer stones and/or jewelry. 

 

When will my item ship? 

Items ship within 5 business days of purchasing.

 

Where can I find my tracking Information 

Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking #.

 

Do you accept returns?

No, I do not accept returns. 

Please double check your ring size BEFORE ordering. I do not accept returns for rings that were not ordered in the correct size. 

 

How do I find my ring size?

I offer inexpensive and reusable sizers on my site, under the tab 'Ring Sizing Gauges'.

Or head over to your local jewelry shop, most stores will size you for free!

 

Will you fix jewelry that needs repaired?

I will fix jewelry that has been purchased from me. If you ever come across a flaw in the jewelry you receive from me, please contact me and we will discuss a solution for this!

I do NOT however fix jewelry that someone else has created. Jewelry repairs are not my specialty and I do not feel comfortable working with jewelry that someone else has created.
